Nutrix Subscription Service is the quick and easy way to receive your dog food when you want it. You will never have to remember to place an order again.

By subscribing to our service, you will spend less time sitting in front of the screen shopping and more time playing with your pet. And best of all you won't have to remember to order more food!!
How to subscribe?
Complete the form below with your contact details, how often you wish to purchase and which recipes you would like to subscribe. One of our team will contact you to confirm the details and to make the initial first order. Now that this part of the process is complete, you can sit back and relax.
What happens after I've subscribed?
Confirmation: you will get an email to confirm your subscription and the details of your first order. Your future orders will be generated automatically, and you will receive confirmation of payment and an estimated shipping time.
Billing: You will be charged for the order on the day of processing/shipping unless the recurring date is on the weekend.
Notifications: You will get an email to remind you that your order is due to be shipped, usually on the shipping date.
Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. Email: email@example.com or call 01281 918001. Or you can opt to pause the service for a specified period.
Changes: if you wish to make changes to your subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01282 918001.
Payment types: We can only accept debit or credit cards for the subscription service. Unfortunately, we cannot take Paypal payments for this service at this time.
Shipping: all subscription orders will use the same service as regular orders, which are sent via DPD.
Is there anything I can't order? Samples are the only items we don't enable on the subscription service. But you can add individual bags of treats to your regular order.
