Benefits

Chicken
Chicken helps dogs maintain a healthy weight and strengthen their muscles. Selenium and phosphorus, two vital minerals that maintain the health of the thyroid, kidneys, liver, and many other organs, are also abundant in chicken. Niacin, which helps prevent cancer and other types of genetic damage, is also present in chicken. Vitamin A, which supports eye health, is also present. For dogs with skin issues, a diet high in chicken is recommended as it helps to restore dry or damaged skin. Your working dog will thrive our chicken kibble!

Sweet potato
Since sweet potatoes are simple to digest and great for gastrointestinal health, we've included them in this recipe. Sweet potatoes are wholesome foods that increase beta-carotene levels, which help to prevent heart disease. These potatoes are low in sodium and a rich source of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc.
Additionally, they offer a significant amount of nutritional fiber, making them arguably the greatest dog food for digestive health. We use only UK sourced ingredients.

Parsley
To provide your working dog the most natural antioxidants possible, this recipe also includes a number of herbs.
Every herb, like parsley, has unique advantages. Garlic breath can be improved by the antimicrobial qualities of parsley. Antioxidants are abundant in it to guard against the harm caused by free radicals  It is high in vitamins and minerals and can aid with a variety of inflammatory disorders, including arthritis.

Basil
Basil is well known for preventing cell deterioration and lowering the risk of cancer. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, basil can also help reduce arthritic pain. Basil is a common ingredient in dog supplements due to its relaxing properties.

Oregano
Antioxidants, which are abundant in oregano naturally, assist the immune system. Additionally, it has anti-fungal qualities to prevent the development of bacteria.

Prebiotics MOS and FOS
MOS and FOS are ingredients in this recipe for healthy grain-free dog food. This is the best small breed dog food for sensitive stomachs since it contains natural prebiotics that are healthy for little dogs. Prebiotics are naturally present in plants like chicory. Their role is to support the digestion process by feeding the beneficial bacteria. Better immunity, reduced gas, and better overall digestion are all benefits of having a healthy gut.

Omega 3 and 6
There are also Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in each serving of your dog's food to meet their daily needs as a little dog. They are both necessary for healthy physiologic function, the construction of cell membranes, and cell function. No need to purchase vitamins, then!

This recipe doesn't include fish, cereals, or grains and is gluten-free. A single protein recipe with organic prebiotics is provided. There are no artificial additives or preservatives.

Great dog food

Dogs love it - we have 3 and all bowls are licked clean! And it seems to have improved their gut health compared to what they were eating before.

Three dogs, all with diarreha
Rating:
23 May 2023  |

The delivery service was fast amd free. The Nutrix member of staff I spoke to was kind, down to earth and full of knowledge. Unfortunately after 4 days of bad tummies, I decided to go back to the previous make of food for now. The food was eaten by 3 different breeds, all ending up with diarreha. One of my dogs who is 5yrs old, never has had accidents in the house but he couldn't wait for even a minute two times. I gave it as much time as I could for them to transition but this is the first food change to have this affect. Especially with all three.

Hi Emma,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We take the safety of or food very seriously and if you feel there is an issue with the item you purchased, please do contact me so I can arrange for the food to be tested. My initial thought is that the transition could possibly have been longer, given that all 3 dogs had the same issue. However I am more than happy to arrange for a sample to be tested.
