Benefits

Duck

Including duck in cat food offers several benefits. Duck is a novel protein, making it an excellent option for cats with food sensitivities or allergies to common proteins like chicken or beef. It is rich in essential amino acids, which support muscle development and overall health. Duck also provides important nutrients such as iron, zinc, and B vitamins, which contribute to a healthy immune system, skin, and coat. Additionally, duck is highly palatable, appealing to even the pickiest eaters. Its moderate fat content offers a good source of energy, supporting active cats and maintaining a healthy weight.

Yucca

Yucca offers various health benefits. It acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, helping to alleviate arthritis and joint pain in cats. Yucca also contains saponins, which can improve digestion and nutrient absorption by promoting a healthy gut. Additionally, it helps reduce stool odor, making it beneficial for indoor cats. Yucca's antioxidants support overall immune health, protecting against diseases. Its natural fiber content aids in maintaining regular bowel movements. By including yucca, cat food can become more digestible and nutritious, enhancing your cat's overall well-being and quality of life.

Rice

White and brown rice bring several benefits. Both types of rice are easily digestible sources of carbohydrates, providing energy for active cats. Brown rice, being a whole grain, retains more nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which promote healthy digestion and prevent constipation. White rice, though less nutrient-dense, is gentle on the stomach and ideal for cats with digestive issues or recovering from illness. Both types help maintain a balanced diet, support healthy weight, and provide a steady energy supply. Including rice in cat food can enhance overall health and ensure a well-rounded nutritional profile.

Tomato

Tomato pomace in cat food offers multiple benefits. It is rich in fiber, aiding in healthy digestion and regular bowel movements. The high antioxidant content, including lycopene, supports the immune system and helps protect cells from damage. Tomato pomace also provides essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, potassium, and folate, contributing to overall health and well-being. Additionally, the inclusion of tomato pomace can enhance the flavor and palatability of cat food, making it more appealing to picky eaters. By incorporating tomato pomace, cat food can become more nutritious and support various aspects of feline health.

Carrots

Carrots provide numerous health benefits. They are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, essential for healthy vision, skin, and immune function. Carrots are also rich in dietary fiber, aiding digestion and promoting regular bowel movements. Their natural antioxidants help protect cells from damage and support overall health. Additionally, carrots contain essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin K, potassium, and biotin, contributing to a well-balanced diet. Including carrots in cat food enhances its nutritional value, supporting a healthy, active lifestyle for your feline companion.

Some of my cats have allergies, so I give all of them Nutrix. I am very happy with all of the flavours available and the cats love it!
