These kelp seaweed tablets are a licensed herbal medicine for dogs and cats. They are used to relieve the symptoms of poor hair growth and pigmentation as well as aiding the treatment of obesity and for the symptomatic relief of rheumatism in cats and dogs. The kelp used is Fucus Vesiculosis which has the highest concentration of trace elements and minerals specifically required to aid in these treatments. The pigment fucoxanthin in kelp has recently been identified as being responsible for assisting in weight loss when given in conjuntion with an appropriate diet.
The addition of kelp extract in these tablets makes them more conscentrated than other kelp supplements thereby increasing their strength and effectiveness.
