Our nutritionists formulated this recipe to fulfil exactly what all growing puppies need to become healthy and strong. Like all Nutrix recipes, this has been cooked at a gentle 90C to retain freshness and to protect all the nutrients. Nothing has therefore been denatured but has remained intact. Benefits

Chicken
Chicken helps dogs maintain a healthy weight and strengthen their muscles. In addition, chicken is rich in selenium and phosphorus, two vital elements that maintain the health of the liver, kidneys, thyroid, and many other organs. Niacin, which protects against cancer and other types of genetic damage, is another ingredient found in chicken. Additionally, there is vitamin A which supports eye health. Chicken also contains vitamin B2,  that aids in skin regeneration. Your dog will get great nutrients from the chicken protein in our kibble!

Turkey
The B vitamins B3 (niacin), B6 and B12 are abundant in turkey which makes this recipe extra nutritious. As in chicken the vitamin B3 is also beneficial for cell communication and energy generation. Neurotransmitters benefit from vitamin B6, while red blood cell production and DNA synthesis depend on B12. Additionally, turkey is rich in folate, thiamine, and riboflavin. Turkey also contains a lot of selenium, phosphorus, and zinc, all of which are beneficial for maintaining bone health, hormone balance, metabolism, growth, protein synthesis, genes, and enzyme activity. Eating turkey has so many health advantages, and the greatest part is that it's very lean and a great addition to this recipe. Remember, all our recipes have been cooked at 90C which means all the nutrients and proteins are still intact!

Salmon
To further complement the proteins in this recipe, a puppy's growth will also benefit from the vital amino and fatty acids found in quality salmon. These particular lipids aid in the growth, repair, and renewal of cells. Additionally, the omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA found in salmon are known to decrease inflammation, support muscle mass, maintain a healthy coat and prevent dry, itchy skin. Salmon is also a fantastic source of selenium and B vitamins, which are all good for preserving the heart, brain, and other organs, plus it helps to prevent muscle loss and to turn your puppy’s food into energy. Salmon also contains potassium, which helps to reduce strokes and control blood pressure. The antioxidant astaxanthin in salmon is also thought to lower the risk of heart disease.

Sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes will provide your puppy with easily absorbed fibre to help maintain a healthy digestive system and ensure firmer stools. They rank relatively low on the glycemic index, which means they release their energy slowly - ideal for maintaining blood sugar balance to help prolong your puppy’s energy levels. Vitamin A (beta-carotene) found in sweet potatoes is beneficial for maintaining eye health. Sweet potatoes are also high vitamin E and C - good for shiny coats and healthy skin. They also contain vitamin C, which is essential for a healthy immune system. Plus magnesium known to be good for anxiety and much more.

Carrots
Carrots are high in vitamin A, lutein, and lycopene. All contribute to maintaining clear vision at night. Moreover, vitamin A aids in the body's detoxification process. In addition to being low in fat, carrots also include soluble and insoluble fibre, which can support bowel regularity and a healthy weight. They are also well known for their contribution to improving heart health and bringing down blood pressure. Furthermore, the silicon in carrots helps to provide strong skin and nails. Additionally, carrots are a good source of potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, vitamin K, and other nutrients that together support strong bones and enhance cognitive function. Additionally the antioxidants in carrots guard against viruses, inflammation, and dangerous germs.

Glucosamine and chondroitin
We have also included glucosamine and chondroitin in this holistic puppy food recipe. These are renowned for their all-natural effectiveness in treating arthritis as well as supporting joints. They are believed to accelerate the regeneration of any damaged cartilage and can help to lessen any joint inflammation, which is fantastic for puppies.

Omega 3 and 6
Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are abundant in flaxseeds, also known as linseeds. Flaxseeds are a great addition since they assist to soften and gloss a puppy's coat and are also proven to minimize joint and skin irritation, making them beneficial for puppies with atopic dermatitis (eczema in humans). The natural fibre in flaxseeds will also aid in the production of solid stools!
There are also all-natural prebiotics in this recipe, added to help feed the good bacteria living in the digestive system of your puppy. The bacteria will then in turn be able to fight off infections and do so much more to protect the health of your puppy.

No maize, wheat, gluten, soy, or other fillers are used in this grain-free puppy food. Both dairy and eggs are also absent. Since none of our recipes contain salt, they are all low in sodium. The Nutrix has been 'woofed' down

Our 9 week old Cockapoo has left the 'premium' shop bought food in her bowl, the Nutrix has been 'woofed' down, the results speak for themselves. If you need convincing, just try a sample, I bet 100% you will never go back! we have been feeding our 2 cats Nutrix cat food for years and they Love it, I also bought the puppy treats, again a superb quality product! Even the cats adore them, learning new tricks previously unwilling to try. Full stars and more for a true premium product.

 
 

Great Puppy Food

We use this for our new puppy having used other puppy foods in the past with the usual reactions, this product is excellent, has no stomach or other issues and is of great value too. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Our other dog uses the senior products and we will use with out pup when changing foods

 
 

My boston puppy loves the food

I contacted Nutrix asking for help, they told me that the food will be delivered next day if ordered before noon. I ordered around 2pm and the food arrived next day! My boston puppy loves the food and as he is allergic to different stuff this food is suitable even for him.

Our labrador puppy has been on this food for two months now and is doing really well. His loose stools have firmed up and he has a lovely shiny coat. He is regularly complemented on his condition as he is not too fat and looks a perfect picture of health.

We have only just started our 5 month old labrador pup on this food. So far so good. His breeder recommended puppy food gave him loose stools which made us suspect gluten or grain intolerance. We are steadily mixing it in increasing quantities with Nutrix and are already seeing an improvement.
