Returns Policy Returns

Unfortunately, dog food cannot be returned for resale because the biscuits are likely to be crushed having endured two journeys with couriers, this is why we have taster samples for you to try first. Always ask for a sample before you buy if you are not sure.

For other agreed returns, please pack the relevant item securely in a box, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with a copy of the invoice. It is advised that you acquire a receipt for sending the item, plus some form of compensation should the item go missing.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
